List of tools by problem statement

Is there a way to see a list of tools that reference each problem statement? Or a page that lists all problem statements and a link to all the tools that try to meet that need.

Just got off a call with Brooks Miller and Peter Dow - talking about problem statements, and "problem based learning" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Problem-based_learning) - thinking through some ways in which we might be able to get students and educators involved contributing solutions to problems posted on Farm Hack.

Two additional features on farmhack.org would make this possible:

1. A page that lists all problem statements that are currently in farmhack.org, along with a count (and maybe links) of all the tools that are trying to solve each. This would make it easy to find unsolved problems. So students could find stuff to work on that interests them.
2. A special page on farmhack.org that can serve as an intro and "getting started" guide specifically for students and educators. Something that can give an overview of how to find a problem to work on and how to contribute and document a tool that solves it. Peter recommended including the phrase "problem based learning" prominently in the page so that it comes up in organic search results.

Really like that idea of problem statements as entities that are linked with various tools.
