As a developer, I don't want to have any DNS issues in runTests.sh.

Acceptance criteria

Our copy of BUild/Scripts/runTests.sh has the same fix as the Core.
The functional tests still work fine: ./Build/Scripts/runTests.sh -s unit
The shellcheck CI job has nothing to complain about.
