stl making issues

There's this problem also in the interactive tutorial on collab. when I save the stl file it also generate a second file named 3d_model__13-11-2024__14-28-23 even if it shouldn't.

Thanks for raising this. It was an accidental ommision of else: in lab.fullcontrol.transform.py

I also changed the stl output to overwrite the stl file by default. This felt logical, since if you run fclab.transform() to generate an stl and specify the identical filename, it is to be expected that a file will be overwritten. It didn't previously do that and I was really confused as to why my design changes weren't showing up in the stl when I regenerated it.
