Hello,

We are using GB Cloud CAS and have BatmFour ATM. I have installed the BitgoExpressNode as described in the KB along with the SSH Tunnel. The issue that we have is that when testing the Hot Wallet Buy and Hot Wallet Sell in the ATM it gives me a generic error
image
from which I don't see any details waht exctly is the issue, when I asked for the master logs your colleagues tell me that they can't see the reaason also. I am hoping you can check also as your team will know where to look.
What have I done:

  1. Updated the Ububtu server to the latest 22.04 firmware and along with it to the newest repos. (is it possible that because it is not 18.04 or 20.04 this could be a problem ?)
  2. Tested the connection from outside IP for the SSH tunnel and I reveive the "status: ok" message. I have even re-generated the tunnel hoping I had cpoied the key incorrectly the first time.
  3. I am 100% sure about the parameters as I had them checked by two other colleagues and they get the same string as me :D
    host : port : token : wallet_id : wallet_passphrase
  • host is the external IP of the BitgoExpressNode that has port 22222 open from outside and intenally port 3080 forwards to the internal IP for the ubuntu server
  • token - for the token I generate API from BitGo (with the included Crypto Currencies that we want to use) where I have given all the permissions and have whitelisted the external IP of the office where the BitGoExpressNode resides
  • wallet_ID - this is self expanatory I copied it from the BitGo account (where I made sure the waller wasn't empty and has some coin in it)
  • passphrase - I have tried both with a separate password and the global password (two diffrent wallets respectfully) where I am sure about them as I have tested with transactions and/or login

I really don't know what else to try and do apart from hoping that there is some extra information in a log somewhere.
I would greatly appreciate any help with this, thanks!

BR,
Asparuh
