We have a copy throughput benchmark for linux:
https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/PerfKitBenchmarker/blob/master/perfkitbenchmarker/linux_benchmarks/copy_throughput_benchmark.py

It would be good to have a similar benchmark on Windows OS.
