Feature Suggestion: Granting Loadouts From a Command

I'm interested in using this mod with Vic's Modern Warfare and I can't find any other mods that let players load kits or loadouts from a command while also being easy to set up like this one. The Modern Warfare mod has a confusing setup with ids so I wouldn't know how to setup a loadout without commands like those present in this mod. I just need players on a server to be able to load the loadouts with a command. Thanks!

To maintain backwards compatibility and original functionality, a small change would need to be made to the mod itself.
The mod, currently, loads all load-outs whenever someone logs in or joins. A load-out is only loaded once per user to avoid multiple items being given to one user.
According to our code specialist (MallRat*) the mod would need to be changed slightly to avoid auto-loading certain load-outs with a specific json tag. Then a command would be added to load a load-out by name.

*Right now MallRat is dealing with life so I am looking into it myself for the time being.
This will also solve issue #6 however I have little to no experience with java and it could be some time.
