Users had a difficult time with the tag function when creating opportunities and noting the skills that they were seeking. Two issues cited: 1) users would like a drop down menu of all the possible options of available, and 2) it is impossible to create tags when in the opportunities function. It seems that a user can create NEW tags within projects and within profiles but not opportunities.

Add input validation for new task form

Add validation & formatting to task edit
ae3b9c8 
Validation rules are now processed in real time and before
submitting the form.

Fixed formatting of the fields in the edit view.

This should conclude all the changes required to
close issue #11.
