In NX_W5XKT8-1, I see:
\VariantComplex=(112|112|)
This means that the amino acid at position 112 may be deleted (i.e. simply missing but the rest of the sequence goes on)
In NX_A0A075B6I0-1, I see:
\VariantSimple=......(61|*).......
This means that position 61 may be turned into a stop codon.
In the title of each entry, some VariantComplex have no amino acid or * character.
What is that mean?
ex) VariantComplex=(298|298| ) in NX_W5XKT8-1
Thank you!
