Offer to move the working directory if it is detected under Program Files (x86)

This will involve the following:

1. Prompt the user to select a folder. I'd recommend using the method that looks most like the File Explorer for the sake of user familiarity.
2. Copy the working directory to the selected folder. This may require Admin permissions.
3. Delete all from the current directory if the previous step was successful. Prompt for Admin rights to delete all files. For those that cannot be deleted because they are currently in use, schedule them to be deleted after reboot (I'm half-certain Windows has a method for doing this).
4. If Halo Retail Edition or Custom Edition, modify the corresponding registry keys to point to the new folder.

Who would it be assigned to? What if the current user doesn't have permission to change permissions in the program files directories?

HXE can try to run as administrator, if the current user can't assign themselves as the owner. By running as admin, HXE should in theory be able to assign full folder ownership to the regular user.
