When i Hover over cards the tooltips won't show

Expected Behavior

when i hover over a card in the deck list it shouls show me the zoomed version and description of the card

Actual Behavior

it just show a loading that never actually load

Steps to reproduce behavior

just hover over any card

Hey, this depends on your connectivity to https://art.hearthstonejson.com/. If you're behind a firewall or network that blocks access there, these won't be able to load. We load these over the network to make the initial HDT download manageable (otherwise that'd be hundreds of extra MBs).

How can we check this. My problem goes further where sometimes (regularly but not always) hovering over the cards won't show the card at all.
