08/21/2024 future goal:
Create function that takes temporal range and bbox as input. Returns overlapping GEDI x ICESat-2 tracks as output - 1 df containing overlapping file granules and 1 df containing the sensor|lat|lon|h_canopy . Hardcode h_canopy and atl08 before operationalizing for other variables
