Allowing the user to have flexibility and choose different bioinformatics tools, for example, between SOPA and SPARROW, to ensure the robustness of the analyzed results.

I think this could be a addendum to the analysis done in #890.

Making this as "low priority" as it's a vague ticket, and I think hammering down the main spatial workflows is more important
