add merely useful + turing way to list of resources?

Hi all,

raising an issue about these adding these resources for RSE to the links page (https://intersect-training.github.io/training-links/) instead of making a PR because I'm not sure what category these belong in -- maybe add a section for general guides?

There's the semester long Python-RSE class from @gvwilson and the group collaborating on Merely Useful:

and there's multiple guides from @KirstieJane @malivakasharan et al. at Turing Way:

@NickleDave - thanks very much for passing these along! These look excellent. And no worries - the issue works great.

We struggled with how to effectively categorize. I have a few other resources others have sent in that haven't been posted yet for the same reason. We'll take a look and see if the categories need some adjustment. Honestly, I'm sure they'll continue to evolve over time. This is just the beginning step.

We'll take a look in more detail at everything and I'll leave the issue open until these get incorporated into the list.
