add merely useful + turing way to list of resources? #13

Description

@NickleDave

Hi all,

raising an issue about these adding these resources for RSE to the links page (https://intersect-training.github.io/training-links/) instead of making a PR because I'm not sure what category these belong in -- maybe add a section for general guides?

There's the semester long Python-RSE class from @gvwilson and the group collaborating on Merely Useful:
https://merely-useful.github.io/py-rse/index.html
and they also have an Rstats RSE guide under development:
https://merely-useful.github.io/

and there's multiple guides from @KirstieJane @malivakasharan et al. at Turing Way:
https://the-turing-way.netlify.app/welcome.html
(see side panel)
e.g. this could go under collaboration
https://the-turing-way.netlify.app/collaboration/collaboration.html

apologies if these are resources / links you are already aware of or other people have submitted, but thought it might be good to connect diff't groups on GitHub 😁

also, for packaging, see the excellent Python guide (sorry for throwing this in to the same issue)
https://py-pkgs.org/
from @TomasBeuzen and @ttimbers
... wish people would converge on an approach like this wherever possible
