Add touch actions to the editor #53

The editor is currently a pain to use on touch devices.

We could add touch gestures like:

Touch outside the playfield to Pause/Play
Drag with one finger outside the playfield to seek time
Drag with two fingers to change snapping
Pinch and Spread to change zoom

Doesn't fix all issues but is definitely a step forward.
