Generate files for groups of instruments #11

We have instruments PIANO, GUITAR , BASS, DRUMS

for each combination of instruments:
find all tunes that include all instruments in combination
concat the files for each instrument

I have made an effort to do this task.
Please test it on the whole shebang of files, since my tiny machine does it in over 1 hour..
