Suggestions to improve the page Founding Member Program from Marketing WG

1. Bribery
   This section should be taken to the end of the page, because it is confusing to see it in the middle of the description of the FMP.
2. Verification
   Seems like this information is not relevant, because the process of verification is actually different from what is written here.
3. Current Founding Members
   Add some information here, only a link is not enough. You may also tell a little bit more about Initial Founding Members. Maybe add this text:

All existing community members were given the opportunity to claim points through the summary submission system for their contributions which were made before this program was launched. We agreed that for some of our most active and engaged participants, it was neither practical nor fair to have them formally account for all of their many contributions to the project which took place over months of participation. Instead, these members were automatically inducted as Initial Founding Members. This doesn't give them any extra status or leaderboard points.

4. Refer a Friend

When the new member is verified, the member and whomever referred the member receives REFERREE_JOY and REFERRER_JOY amount of $JOY, respectively, where these are from the period in which the invitation was registered. Hence both actors receive a reward.

This information seems to be incorrect, because in the description of FM program on the site the rewards were fixed.
