Suggestions to improve the page Distributors Score from Marketing WG

Overview
The items from the list of requirements should all start with "a" or without, because now half of them with "a", which looks bad. Also, "High download speed" and "A high download speed from storage providers." - is it the same?
"High download speed" should be determined - what is high?
"many simultaneous parallel downloads" - how many?
The same applies to the other points on the list.
Score
specify what value 2 means and why these indicators are more important:

DISTRIBUTOR_SCORE = [2GENERAL_WG_SCORE + REPORT_SCORE + 2SYSTEM_SCORE + COST_SCORE]/(6*2^{N})

I believe this is necessary so that the data is understandable not only for the experienced project participants, but also for the beginners who have just joined Joystream.
