Levy-after only doing claim form get screen saying income exceeds expenses

I did the bank levy---entered info for case/source funds--it asks for where to send, hit continue i get a screen that says "Income exceeds expenses
Based on the information you provided your income $ is more than your monthly expenses $. You show $ in extra money each month. In determining your ability to pay, the court will consider this amount. If this amount appears incorrect, you may click the “back” link to go back and check your answers."

But, I never entered any income an expense info.

to clarify-I said funds from pension--so dont need the financial statement.

I have removed these two screens and will resolve this issue once several other issues regarding the are corrected.
