"You are claiming that the money in your account is from an exempt source. Are there any other facts that show the money is exempt? If so, write those facts here"

(1) I don't think a user would know what sort of info to put in here without more of a hint.

(2) I wrote something in ---where does that answer show up? It's not on the EJ-160 and no other form is generated.

It's supposed to show up in an attachment. I am investigating the issue.
