Ask the user for a post title #2

I agree with much of the feedback that the titles are not very helpful since they are cutoff.

Proposal:

After the user confirms they want to re-post, we ask them to type out a new title with "Title: some_text_here" and then add the ":title" reaction. This will trigger a new message with a real post title and the body of the message being what they originally asked.
