error submitting to leaderboard version 3

I am trying to submit results to the leaderboard version 3 following the instructions in the README, but the submission failed with an Internal Server Error.

Could you please check whether the submission channel has been closed and no longer accepts submitted files? Or whether there is any issue with the submission server?

Sorry for the issue, the leaderboard is open, maybe the submission server have problem, I will check Ishan today, if you are urgent to get resutls, feel free to share your result file with me I can run the score for you.
