Pros,
a. I like clean and claer implementation under lib folder. They are really easy to understand what they do.
Cons,
a. I think you guys would better to do not include node_modules in your project repository by adding all the dependancy into package.json file.
b. Also, you guys can make simple test code by mocha or chai for node.js. It might be very helpful to understand what this server can do.
