Feature Request: list from namespace, media files, exclude ns & specific files, file selector

Lovely idea, thank you! These enhancements would make quite difference:

1. Allow all books from namesapce to be added. If added as option to the bookmanager than the user could deselect anything they didn't want

2. Add media files

3. Add config to enable a namespace to be excluded

4. Add syntax to a page to allow it to be ignored and not offered

5. If you want to go mad: add a file selector dialogue to the bookmanager

Optional: Add complete namespace and subpages to a book without selection/dialogue.

1. is implemented in a simple manner. There is now a namespace selector dialog (without further filtering)
