Is it possible to select all pages to create a PDF-Export of the complete wiki?

Alternatively, a way to select multiple pages to be added to the book, perhaps from the Sitemap.

general note: If you have a large number of pages in the wiki, this feature will hit probably the execution time limit of your webserver. (the export is not optimized in terms of execution time).

The 'Add Namespace' dialog could help a bit, but I just discovered that it add only pages in a namespace, but not the pages from subnamespaces.
