Subbed 2 x mm55 2005 (subbed 11-07-24) onto normal agar plates.

Each conical yielded only a tiny amount of fungus - 218 mg for the 20/8/24 flask and 119 mg for the 21/8/24 flask. This was barely sufficient to cover 3 infected groups, so the experiment was abandoned.

The inoculum was also very difficult to suck up with the needle - can only think that this may have been from sonicating at 10 microns instead of 28? Didn't know how to change the instrument setting.
