Used larvae that arrived yesterday. Very variable quality between boxes.

Made up all solutions fresh using PBS bottle opened 16/10 EXCEPT amphotericin samples - these were both ones previously used. The OLD was the one used on 11/10/24 and the NEW was the one used on 17/10/24.

Added DMSO to the PBS control.
