Option to disable icons

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I find the amount of icons distracting, particularly as most of my bookmarks just have the paperclip one so it is redundant.

Whilst this is possible using custom CSS, I think an option would be better as that would mean the HTML would be more succinct as it would not contain elements that are being hidden.

Yep agree, an option for that might be a good idea.

If icons are to be hidden, #431 would really be needed, which maybe also involves #437
