[BUG] The Alarm doesn't Support 24H format

Describe the bug
The Alarm doesn't Support 24H format and the Alarm icon and screentime icon looks out place as in a clean environment like material you. The icon should be white outline or material colored. And the Alarm is also overlaping.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
