My friend, is it possible to define the kill switch in the next updates?
Or is there a way to run kill switch separately?

The server will not bypass the packets even in case of failure.
also, that being said, by the definition:

A kill switch ensures that your device won't revert to its default Internet connection if the VPN connection suddenly drops

Killswitch is a client software feature as far as i know.
so , you should use the proper client and notice the settings, most v2ray clients do not allow you to connect when vpn server is not responding. so that is already present i guess.
