Add support for GitHub.

Proposal:

Closed Issues are the Throughput
Use Milestones for Projects? --> the project feature of GitHub might be too tricky, let's say simple

In general we can just use the built-in filters, they seem close enough to the query language that is used.

This issue is done if we have added the Lighthouse Backlog to the Demo app ;-)
