Add UI Tests

After we #43 we should think how we can add more tests for end to end verification.

UI tests (e.g. by using Playwright) should help gain more confidence for end to end scenarios.
Proposal: Create few scenarios (what we cover in the Tutorial) and automate them.

Check if we can capture the videos of the tests and create gifs or screenshots for auto-updating the tutorial (not part of this issue, but would be good to know if it's feasible)
