The options are just greyed out — what's going on?

It's a known issue mentioned in https://github.com/M2Team/NanaGet/releases/tag/1.2.789.0.

I'm sorry for delaying a long time because I'm busy on NanaZip and NanaBox. Finally, I have time to make rolling releases for NanaGet (like NanaBox 1.2 has several updates) in recent days.

So, I will implement that in recent days. (For example, in the NanaGet 1.2 Update 1.)
