Not able to upload assembly file

When I try to upload the assembly file, I get the message "An error occurred when contacting the server." Could you please assist me in resolving this problem?

I have been having the same problem since last week. I emailed their help desk last Wednesday but still haven't heard anything from them. Has your issue resolved or are you still having the problem?
