Issue to track features that need to be implemented in SPARCSpy. If you choose a feature to implement please open a new feature for it.

helper function to delete an element both from the sdata object as well as the zarr store
function to read a shape mask from sdata saved with the name "SelectedRegion" (see Tissue Region masking in scPortrait #50) and use it to:
1. mask the input region
2. generate a filtered segmentation mask
3. filter a single-cell image data set to only contain cells from within this region
