Any suggestions about setting maxFeatures? #7

Hi, I found that if setting maxFeatures=5000, stabmap run slowly.
My own dataset (CITE-seq):
number of cells in multiome: 60000
number of cells in rna: 20000
number of cells in adt: 20000
features of rna: 5000
features of adt: 100

Could you provide any suggestion about setting maxFeatures parameter? Is there any benefit to set maxFeatures larger?
