HUPO-PSI is making some progress on a spectrum format definition, see HUPO-PSI/mzSpecLib#13 and more in their issue tracker. It's something to think about for the future.

Thanks for the hint. I did sent a proposal to Norman to create some Norman schemes. The goal is to make the Norman things machine processable. I think to organise a hackathon in 2020 to work on that.

MassBank schemes is part of it.
