Once, @pstahlhofen implemented first steps of the JCAMP workflow. This issue is to review the functions and to plan further implementation steps. A test data set is available.

splitMultiblockDX.R does not handle repeating filenames and thus a wrapper function or an own function in RMassBank is required. In best case, we just split in a list and process the list rather than external files.
