Currently we have to go to Quest Chains to upload playbooks. We want to build it directly into dAcademy.

We want:

Token-gated permissions
Specialized more friendly UI
More control over suggested upload parameters
- Cropping cover image to standard size
- Chapter lengths, actionable items

Innkeeping added the enhancement label
