[Redesign] Re-work the huhhop preset dialog

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Implement the HubHop Search in the new UI.
There are a couple of items that can be improved when selecting presets using our hubhop-style search.

Describe the solution you'd like
The original functionality is available in the new UI including

• Performance improvements
• Improved sort order in drop down, e.g. last used aircraft, categories, etc. first
• If a preset is a customized preset, show it at the top of the list

It would be good if search criteria could be for all words instead of exact text match
For example specify AP DEC and get all events that contain both words.
