Mobiflight gets stuck updating events from Hubhop

Describe the bug
Mobiflight will get stuck updating events, if Hubhop is stuck for any reason.

Steps To Reproduce
Hubhop was getting stuck at Checking for updates.
Sebastian mentioned maybe it was an Azure outage.
After more than 30 minutes waiting, I did an update of events in Mobiflight.
The update seemed to proceed normally until it reached 98% and got stuck there.
No way to get Mobiflight to quit the update.
I had to kill the Mobiflight in Task Manager.

Expected behavior
Mobiflight should detect that the update process is not progressing and quit the update after say 1 minute has passed without advancing. Message user that the process was unsuccessful and to try later.

Actual behavior
Mobiflight just waits indefinitely for something to happen.
