Some books are broken/ Port books to lorebooks type

Description of issue

Some of the books don't work. They display something like this "Cannot find file \tmp9416\Hacking&printable=yes&remove_links=1"

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Books to at least have text, or ideally be ported over to lorebooks (see bottom)

Spawn a hacking guide, or get it from the library

LOREBOOKS

Re-write broken books into lorebooks(lorebooks.dm). These are easy to create and maintain, never going to go bad like an HTML link, give opportunities for flavor and lore, and makes INT stat more relevant. The code in lorebook.dm handles reading of the text, developers can just define chapters and text blobs.
