Human needs to fix - Hunger, Peeing and Pooing, Showering, Environment

Description of issue

Basically as tittle says add or increase the effects for human needs. Using bathroom with ques such as "I need to use the restroom soon!" , "I better go now or ill shit myself!" etc. add mood changes relating to not being able to address human needs. Hunger needs to be more previliveant with positive mood boosts when full, and negative mood effects when getting hungrier. Staying clean should effect mood, if you get shit or blood on ya it'l have negative effects. Environment viewing and or envrionemnt effects should effect mood - seeing dead bodies everywhere, shit or pee, etc. also being cold or too hot should give you self prompts "IAM FREEZING!!" Or "Iam burning up!" etc
