Create master-4.10 branch

I suggest to:

• create master-4.10 (or `release-4.10, I will let you choose) (you could simply publish this one: https://github.com/jcfr/ResampleDTIlogEuclidean/tree/master-4.10)
• then, merge fix-build-error-support-c++11 into it

This would allow to have clean build for the extension associated with the latest stable release. (by using master-4.10 or release-4.10 into the description file)

Last, to simplify I wonder if removing the release branch all together would keep things simpler.
