What new functionality do you need?

As a CI Pipeline cloud user it would be ideal to use virtual cluster that matches the recourse requirements to CI use cases to maximize a cost benefit profile.

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

That the CI pipeline can marshal specific cases to smaller compute nodes when appropriate. CI cases can idealized to fit in to a teared set of sublists and launched on separate virtual clusters.
