Custom form fields on incident form

Hi, we are considering of using dispatch for handling incidents/outages. Any it looks promising.
But one big problem is that dispatch form doesn’t suites our needs. We have some custom form fields on our current solution and we would like to have it on our dispatch implementation, without forking it.
Have you considered adding possibility of adding custom form fields on dispatch form which could be added via plugins.
