ZSU (San Juan CERAP) provided two video maps: EOVM (in .DAT format -> successfully converted using FEBuddy) and a more extensive file in .GM format.
I'd like to know if a future version of FEBuddy can include a .GM to GeoJson/SCT2 converter.
I did some basic scripting to extract the coordinates for the different elements of the sector file but it's still a time-consuming endeavor since I'm only able to plot the coordinates as points and then have to manually connect them with QGIS.
I'm not sure how many other people have this type of file format so I guess this most likely doesn't fall in the high/medium priority but feel free to reach out and I can provide the .GM video map.
