Paste image name does not upload image to url, it just add it as base64 image. #34

Steps to reproduce:

Right click an image in window explorer and select copy
Paste it in quill editor

Expected Result:
It should either ignore the image or upload the image to a url.

Actual Result:
In Chrome it ignores, but in Firefox it paste the image as base64.
