PCC (/fulfillments/start/instructions/short_desc) to shared once ready_to_ship = yes

Cancel Flow

why is order cancelled for TAT breach when the order is not even marked ready to ship

Note: Please implement RTS (ready_to_ship = yes) in /confirm API in any of the flows
