File Handlers: Unable to open files that are launched in a new browser tab within the Microsoft Teams desktop app

There is an issue when I try to open a file that is launched in a new browser tab within the Microsoft Teams desktop app. This issue only occurs in the desktop app; it works normally in the browser. The attached image below is screenshot of the error message I inspected in the app.
