Use case

As a user, when I need to get the Mitre attack or the red atomic attack patterns, the certificate needs to be SSL between OBAS and the python collectors.

Proposed Solution

Implement self-signed certificates in python collectors

N.B: a similar solution was implemented between the agent and the implant here
